This couple is so adorable and fun that even though it was a rainy, cold day in New Orleans, their smiles brightened up the photos! I had a blast with these two … they really are perfect for each other. Here’s a sneak peek at all the location hopping we did trying to avoid the rain.

One of my best volunteered for a photoshoot with my new camera. We went to the Rural Life Museum and had a blast! Here are a couple of the shoots from our venture.
The husband and I went to the swamp by our house one very chilly weekend. It would be beautiful in the spring, but in the dead of winter (even in Louisiana) it was down right cold and almost uncomfortable! I took a lot of funny pictures, but I’ll spare you those (the husband doesn’t want to be a feature on my sites).
The husband and I went to Nottoway a while back… which is absolutely gorgeous! If you haven’t been, I highly recommend visiting it. Here are a couple of shots from the grounds of Nottoway.

The husband and I spent New Year’s Day going around to the Old St. Gabriel Catholic Church (Catholic churches have Pentecostal churches beat in terms of beauty any day!) and the near by Oak Alley and Nottoway plantations. The pictures came out wonderfully, and they will be up soon.
